Biography:
Master Roshi, also known as the Turtle Hermit, is a prominent character in the Dragon Ball franchise. He is introduced in the first episode of the Dragon Ball anime series, "Bulma and Son Goku," as a wise, albeit perverted, martial arts master.
He is the teacher of Goku and Krillin, guiding them in their early training and teaching them the Kamehameha technique. Despite his age and eccentricities, Roshi is a powerful fighter, though he relies less on physical strength as the series progresses.
Roshi lives on a small island in his Kame House, along with his pet sea turtle, and often provides comedic relief throughout the series. While his fighting skills may not be on par with the Saiyans, his wisdom and experience make him a valuable asset to the Z Fighters.
